2. PURPOSE
These general terms and conditions of sale (GTCS) govern all sales of products (takeaway/booking cocktails, textiles, gift vouchers) made via Chemistry and Botanic's SRL online store.
3. ORDERS
Orders are placed via the website. Any order implies acceptance of these GTC. Chemistry and Botanic's SRL reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute or suspicion of fraud.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are quoted in euros, including VAT. Payment is made online using the secure payment methods available. No order will be validated without full payment.
5. DELIVERY & COLLECTION
- Delivery only available in Brussels, with contribution to transport costs.
- Collection points by appointment:
Chemistry and Botanic's bar in Brussels.
In Walloon Brabant (Hélécine).
- Average preparation time: 2 to 3 days. This time may be extended in the event of heavy demand or unforeseen circumstances, without compensation.
- It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the products upon receipt. No claims will be accepted after collection or delivery.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Belgian legislation, no right of withdrawal applies to food and drink products. For other items, the customer has 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal, provided that the items are returned unused and in their original packaging.
7. LIABILITY
Chemistry and Botanic's SRL declines all responsibility in the event of improper use of the products sold. The company cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to exceptional circumstances.
8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The data collected is processed in accordance with the RGPD. They are only used for order processing and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances.
9. APPLICABLE LAW & DISPUTES
These GTC are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
